MY PHILOSOPHY

After Becoming a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) my ongoing goal is to continue to be as knowledgeable as possible about the amazing human body. I  continue to research the most up to date methods and state of the art practices to assist my clients using massage therapy, giving the body an additional boost to heal itself. I contour every massage treatment to fit the individual needs of each client.  You can expect to receive positive energy and be relaxed and released from stress and pain.
